     On page 8 of the striking amendment, after line 16, insert the following:

ANEW SECTION. Sec. 110.  Moneys expended by the public stadium authority for the construction of a stadium and convention center under section 105 of this act may not be expended for art.@

     Renumber remaining sections consecutively and correct internal references.

EFFECT: Stadium construction moneys may not be used for art.
