     On page 3, line 25 of the striking amendment, after Asenate.@ insert ANo member of the advisory committee shall be a legislator.  One member of the advisory committee shall be a real estate professional, and one member shall be a commercial banker.@

EFFECT:  Prohibits legislators from serving on the advisory committee.  Requires one member of the committee to be a real estate professional, and another member to be a commercial banker.
