     On page 6, line 2 of the striking amendment, after Acenter.@ insert AThe lease agreement must require the team affiliate to publicly disclose, on an annual basis, a certified profit and loss financial statement.@

EFFECT:  Requires the team to annually disclose a certified profit and loss financial statement.
