     On page 7, after line 6 of the striking amendment, insert:

A(13) The public stadium authority shall assess a locker room user fee of at least one thousand dollars charged to each professional athlete for each use of the stadium and exhibition center for activities involving the participation of the professional football team or any other professional sport organization.  Revenues from the locker user fee shall be deposited into the stadium and exhibition account;@

EFFECT: Assesses a locker room user fee of $1,000 for each professional athlete per game using the new stadium and exhibition center.
