     On page 6, after line 27 of the striking amendment, insert:

A(a) Ten percent of all revenues derived from the sales of all advertising in or on the stadium and exhibition center shall be deposited into the stadium and exhibition account and used to retire the bonds issues under section 210 of this act.@

Number the remaining subsection consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Requires 10% of all advertising in the new football stadium to be used to retire debt on the stadium.
