     On page 4, line 25 of the striking amendment, after Asite@ insert A. The stadium and exhibition center shall not be constructed on a site that on the effective date of this act is occupied by a house, business, or any other occupied structure. The site shall be accessible by existing roads and streets and the stadium and exhibition center, once completed, shall use existing roads and streets and shall not require additional or improvements to existing roads or streets for any of its activities@

EFFECT: Prohibits the new stadium from being located on a site currently occupied by homes and businesses.  The site for the new stadium must also use existing roads and streets.
