     On page 18, beginning on line 29 of the striking amendment, after "price of the" strike everything through "center." on line 36 and insert "portion of the team sold if any portion of the professional football team is sold within twenty-five years of the date on which bonds are issued under this section.  The ten percent must be deposited in the permanent common school fund."

EFFECT: If any portion of the team is sold within 25 years, the state must receive 10% of the gross selling price of the portion sold.  This 10% will be deposited in the permanent common school fund.
