     On page 6, after line 35 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

A(11) The public stadium authority shall establish a housing preservation and development fund for the development of low-income housing within the international district.  The public stadium authority must provide funds to develop up to one thousand low-income housing units, but not less than five hundred low-income housing units by December 31, 2020.  The public stadium authority shall work with local organizations on the type, design, and location of the required housing units;@

Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Requires the stadium authority to develop up to 1,000 units of low-income housing in the International District.
