     On page 6, after line 35 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

A(11) The public stadium authority, in consultation with a public facilities district that is located within the county, shall prohibit the use of the stadium and exhibition center for events during the same time as events are held in the baseball stadium as defined in RCW 82.14.0485;@

Renumber the remaining subsections and correct internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Prohibits use of the new football stadium and exhibition center at the same time that events are held at the new baseball stadium.
