     On page 6, after line 31 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

A(10) The public stadium authority, in consultation with a public facilities district that is located within the county, shall work to eliminate the use of the stadium and exhibition center for events during the same time as events are held in the baseball stadium as defined in RCW 82.14.0485;@

Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  The public stadium authority and public facilities district must work together to eliminate the scheduling of events at the same time.
