     On page 2, after line 5, insert the following:

A(3) Any funds collected under this section shall be used for  the joint center=s parking program.@

EFFECT: Any money collected through parking fees or parking fines by the Joint Center for Higher Education shall be used for the Joint Center=s parking program.
