     On page 4, after line 19 insert:

     "NEW SECTION. Sec. 8. This act does not apply to fish passage barriers in seasonal streams or drainage ditches."

     Renumber the remaining sections and correct internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Provides that fish passage barriers in seasonal streams or drainage ditches are not included in the fish passage barrier identification program created in this act.
