     On page 3, line 26, after A(2)@ strike all material through Aby the governor.@ on line 29 and insert the following:

AThe task force shall consist of eight members:  Two from the  majority legislative caucus and one from the minority legislative caucus of the senate, appointed by the senate majority leader, two from the majority legislative caucus and one from the minority legislative caucus of the house of representatives, appointed by the speaker of the house of representatives, and two members appointed by the governor.@

EFFECT:  Increases the size of the task force to eight members:  increases the number of majority caucus members by two (one from the senate and one from the house); and decreases the members appointed by the governor by one.
