A(28) $1,500,000 of the general fund-state appropriation is provided solely for the planning, development and beginning infrastructure needs for  multi-use community facilities at Maribeau Point in Spokane.@

EFFECT: Provides funding for planning and development as well as site and infrastructure preparation for a multi-use community, recreational, educational, and entertainment facility at Maribeau Point in Spokane.
