    On page 10, after line 5, insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 4.  The sum of one million five hundred thousand dollars, or as much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1998, from the general fund to the superintendent of public instruction to restore funding for the school-to-work program under RCW 28A.630.861 through 28A.630.880."

    Correct the title.
