    On page 86, after line 27, insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 711.  The joint committee on pension policy is directed to study the issue of early retirement eligibility for the Washington school employees' retirement system plan II and plan III and report back to the legislature in 1999."

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.
