     On page 2, beginning on line 29, after Adelinquency@ strike all material through Adelinquency@ on line 30 and insert Aat the same time and in the same manner the city or town notifies the tenant of the tenant=s delinquency or by mail@

     On page 4, after line 30, strike all material through Adelinquency@ on line 32 and insert Aat the same time and in the same manner the district notifies the tenant of the tenant=s delinquency or by mail@

     On page 7, after line 28, strike all material through Adelinquency@ on line 30 and insert Aat the same time and in the same manner the board notifies the tenant of the tenant=s delinquency or by mail@

EFFECT:  Allows a utility to notify a landlord of a tenant=s delinquent account by mail.
