     On page 3, line 10, after A(10)@ insert:

AThe court may order visitation between the petitioner or intervenor and the child only to the extent that such visitation has a minimal impact on the visitation or residential time between the child and the parent who has the lesser amount of residential time with the child.

     On page 13, line 6, after A(10)@ insert:

AThe court may order visitation between the petitioner or intervenor and the child only to the extent that such visitation has a minimal impact on the visitation or residential time between the child and the parent who has the lesser amount of residential time with the child.

EFFECT:  Provides that the court may order nonparental visitation only to the extent it has a minimal impact on visitation time between the child and the parent who has the lesser amount of residential time.
