     On page 3, line 10, after A(10)@ insert:

AThe court may order visitation between the petitioner or intervenor and the child only to the extent that such visitation has a minimal impact on the visitation or residential time between the child and a parent whose residential time with the child is less than twenty-five percent of the child=s total residential time.

     On page 13, line 6, after A(10)@ insert:

AThe court may order visitation between the petitioner or intervenor and the child only to the extent that such visitation has a minimal impact on the visitation or residential time between the child and a parent whose residential time with the child is less than twenty-five percent of the child=s total residential time.

EFFECT:  Provides that the court may order nonparental visitation only to the extent it has a minimal impact on visitation time between the child and a parent who has less than 25% residential time with the child.
