     On page 2, line 26, after Asession@ insert Aunless the child is enrolled in the public school part time for the purpose of receiving supplemental education and is simultaneously:

(a) Attending an approved private school; or

(b) Receiving home-based instruction as provided in subsection (5) of this section@

EFFECT: Ensures that children ages six and seven who are enrolled in an approved private school or who are being home schooled, may attend a public school to take supplemental classes without subjecting themselves to the truancy provisions.
