     On page 2, line 26, after Asession.@ insert AThis subsection shall not apply to a child enrolled in the public school part time for the purpose of receiving ancillary services.@

EFFECT: Ensures that children ages six and seven who are enrolled part time in a public school to receive ancillary services will not be subject to the truancy provisions.
