Renumber remaining sections consecutively, correct internal references accordingly, and correct the title.

EFFECT:  Restores current law relating to a juvenile's capacity to commit a crime by deleting the requirement that a mandatory hearing on capacity be held for a 10 or 11 year old juvenile alleged to have committed an offense.
