    On page 45, after line 21, insert the following:

    "(5) For the purposes of this section, "most appropriate living situation" shall not include a living situation including an adult male who fathered the qualifying child and is found to meet the elements of rape of a child as set forth in RCW 9A.44.079."

    On page 46, after line 37, insert the following:

    "(5) For the purposes of this section, "most appropriate living situation" shall not include a living situation including an adult male who fathered the qualifying child and is found to meet the elements of rape of a child as set forth in RCW 9A.44.079."

EFFECT:  Prohibits the department of social and health services from approving a living situation for a minor parent where the elements of rape of a child are present.
