    On page 8, line 8, after "(6)" insert "The department may convene a multidisciplinary team, as defined by RCW 13.32A.030, at the request of a child, or the parent of a child, who has been admitted to inpatient treatment under section 13 of this act, or who has been released from inpatient treatment under this section.  If the department has reasonable cause to believe that the parents of a child who has been admitted for inpatient treatment under section 13 of this act are unavailable or unwilling to continue efforts to maintain the family structure, the department may convene a multidisciplinary team.  The formation of a team under this subsection must meet the requirements of RCW 13.32A.042 (5) and (6) and 13.32A.044.
