     On page 3, line 6, after "law," insert "including any other federal or state regulation or rule,"

     On page 3, line 33, after "rule" insert "reviewed under subsection (4) of this section"

EFFECT:  Clarifies that 1) review includes rules regulating the same activity or subject matter as other federal or state rules, in addition to statutes; and 2) rules which expire because no specific state statute allows the rules to differ from federal law are only those rules reviewed under these provisions (existing significant legislative rules of specified agencies).
