We of your Conference Committee, to whom was referred SUBSTITUTE SENATE BILL NO. 5157, providing tax exemptions for items obtained to replace weather‑damaged items, have had the same under consideration and we recommend that the House Finance Committee amendment not be adopted, the attached amendment (S3329.2) be adopted, and the bill do pass as amended by the Conference Committee.
