     On page 2, line 3, strike "or processed" and insert "((or processed))"

     On page 5, beginning on line 4, after "(16)" strike everything through "(17)" on line 8

EFFECT: Allows the 0.011% tax rate for conditioned seed for only those farm products taxed at the 0.011% rate (wheat, oats, dry peas, dry beans, lentils, triticale, canola, corn, rye and barley).  Retains the 0.484% wholesaling rate for sales of other conditioned seed.
