     On page 2, line 30, after Apublic)).@ insert AAAgricultural employee housing@ does not include housing provided by a housing authority unless at least eighty percent of the occupants are agricultural employees whose adjusted income is less than fifty percent of median family income, adjusted for household size, for the county where the housing is provided.@

EFFECT: The tax exemption is only available to housing authorities if at least 80% of the occupants are agricultural workers whose adjusted income is less than 50% of the median family income for the county where the housing is located after adjusting for family size.
