     On page 3, line 8, after Athe allegation.@ insert AA registrant against whom a complaint was made must be immediately informed  of such complaint by the board.@

EFFECT:  Requires all complaints against registrants to be sworn to in writing.  The Board of Registration must immediately inform a registrant when a complaint is filed against him or her.
