We of your Conference Committee, to whom was referred SUBSTITUTE SENATE BILL NO. 5336, clarifying and harmonizing provisions affecting cities and towns, have had the same under consideration and we recommend that the House Government Administration Committee amendment as amended (AMH-2999.2) be adopted except for sections 18 and 19, and that the bill do pass as recommended by the Conference Committee.
