Correct the title and renumber remaining sections consecutively.

     On page 6, after line 33, insert A(3) That the child is currently a dependent child under RCW 13.34.030(4); and@

Renumber remaining subsections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

     On page 7, line 20, after Afuture;@ strike A((and))@ and insert Aand@

     On page 7, beginning on line 23, after Ahome;@ strike all matter through Abased;@ on line 26.

     On page 8, line 36, after Aevidence@ insert A. The findings of a prior dependency shall not form the basis for establishing allegations (3) through (7) of RCW 13.34.180"

     On page 9, line 2, after A(2),@ strike A(5),((and))@ and insert A(((5), and)) (3)@

EFFECT: Preserves the current standard for establishing a manifest danger to a child in a dependency proceeding.  Replaces the requirement that a court find a parent is unfit before terminating parental rights with the requirement that the court find that the child is currently dependent.  Prohibits courts from using the findings in a dependency action to establish the requirements for termination.
