On page 1, line 9, after Astudent.@, insert ABefore selecting the student board member the governor will consider a list of candidates, not to exceed three, submitted by the governing body of the associated students.@

On page 2, line 10, after Astudent.@, insert ABefore selecting the student board member the governor will consider a list of candidates, not to exceed three, submitted by the governing body of the associated students.@

On page 3, line 1, after Astudent.@, insert ABefore selecting the student board member the governor will consider a list of candidates, not to exceed three, submitted by the governing body of the associated students.@

On page 3, line 22, after Astudent.@, insert ABefore selecting the student board member the governor will consider a list of candidates, not to exceed three, submitted by the Service and Activities Board.@

EFFECT: Associated students at each institution of higher education will submit a list of three names to the Governor.
