     On page 7, after line 33, insert:

     "NEW SECTION. Sec. 401.  If a court in a permanent injunction, permanent order, or final decision determines that reimbursement under RCW 43.135.060(1) is required as a result of any provision of this act, such provision is null and void.  The remainder of this act is not affected."

     Renumber sections consecutively, correct any internal references accordingly, and correct the title.

EFFECT: If a court holds that any part of this act requires reimbursement under Initiative 601, that part is null and void.
