     On page 1, line 9, after Apacker.@ strike all material through Anonvoting member.@ on line 10 and insert AIf an otherwise voting member is elected as the chair of the commission, the member may, during the member=s term as chair of the commission, cast a vote as a member of the commission only to break a tie vote.@

EFFECT: An otherwise voting member of the commission who is the chair of the commission may cast a vote only to break a tie.
