Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Section 7 of the Transportation Policy & Budget Committee striking amendment to SSB 5718 enumerates the circumstances under which the Department of Licensing may release personal information in motor vehicle and driver records. The following recipients and/or purposes are eliminated from such dissemination: (1) subcontractors acting on behalf of government agencies; (2) for motor vehicle market research activities, including survey research; and (3) in connection with the operation of private toll transportation facilities.
