     On page 2, line 21, after A(2)@ strike all material through Aapparel.@ on page 3, line 6 and insert AIf an employer requires an employee to wear a white shirt or blouse or dark pants or skirt, the employee is required to provide this apparel. Any other employer-required wearing apparel must be provided by or compensated for by the employer.@

EFFECT:  Employers must pay for any wearing apparel that they require employees to wear except for white shirts or blouses and dark pants or skirts.
