EFFECT:  Under the bill, an employer need not furnish or compensate an employee for required wearing apparel that is of a common color and conforms to a general dress code or style.  Under this amendment, Acommon color@ is limited to black and white and no longer includes the colors or shades of colors gray, tan, brown, or blue.
