EFFECT:  Removes sections that: (1) allowed use of state-shared hotel/motel tax revenues in rural distressed area for parking facilities and public lighting; (2) provided a B&O tax exemption for the first 3-year period of a new business located in a distressed area; and (3) extended the additional unemployment benefits period for dislocated workers in rural natural resource impact areas.
