     On page 2, on line 8, after Anetwork.@, insert the following:

ABy September 1 of each year, the department of information services shall provide a financial statement for the education technology revolving fund for the preceding fiscal year to the chairs of the house appropriations and senate ways and means committees.@

EFFECT: Requires the Department of Information Services to provide a financial statement on the education technology revolving fund to the chairs of the House Appropriations and the Senate Ways and Means committees.
