     On page 40, after line 13, insert the following:

A(5) The department shall transfer sufficient funds to the Washington state patrol to implement Substitute House Bill No. 1784 (public assistance fraud).@

EFFECT: Directs DSHS to transfer funds to implement employee fraud investigations to the Washington State Patrol.
