     On page 19, after line 11, insert:

A(4) The department shall sell all surplus motor pool fleet vehicles and shall contract out for the reconditioning, transport, and delivery of the vehicles prior to their sale at auction.@

EFFECT: Requires the Department of General Administration to sell surplus motor fleet vehicles and to contract out for restorative services enabling the state to receive maximum sale prices for their surplus vehicles when the vehicles are sold at auction.
