     On page 54, line 31, decrease the waste reduction/recycling/ litter control account appropriation by $5,166,000

     Correct the total appropriation accordingly.

     On page 58, after line 36, insert: A(19) The entire waste reduction/recycling/litter control account appropriation is provided for fiscal year 1998.@

EFFECT: The appropriation to the Department of Ecology from the Waste reduction/Recycling/Litter control account is reduced by 50 percent and provided for the first year of the biennium only.

FISCAL IMPACT:

Reduces Other Funds by $5,166,000.
