     On page 9, line 32, increase the general fund-state appropriation for FY 1998 by $129,000

     On page 9, line 33, increase the general fund-state appropriation for FY 1999 by $129,000

     Correct the total accordingly.

EFFECT: Restores funding for the Snohomish County Pre-trial Diversion  program.  Fiscal responsibility for the contract is transferred from the Office of the Administrator for the Courts to the Department of Community Trade and Economic Development.

Fiscal Impact:

     Increases General Fund-State by $258,000.
