     On page 10 of the striking amendment, on line 36, strike Afiscal year 1998"

EFFECT: Adds second year funding for civil legal services for indigent persons.  Increases PSEA by $2,400,000.

FISCAL IMPACT:

Increases Other Funds by $2,400,000.
