     On page 48, line 10, decrease the health services account appropriation by $10,250,000

EFFECT: Eliminates funding for the Public Health Improvement Plan (PHIP) and reduces by $10 million funding to local health jurisdictions to implement the PHIP.

FISCAL IMPACT:

Reduces Health Services Account by $10,250,000.
