     On page 60, line 33, decrease the general fund--state appropriation for fiscal year 1998 by $500,000

     On page 60, line 34, decrease the general fund--state appropriation for fiscal year 1999 by $500,000

     Correct total appropriation accordingly.

     On page 63, beginning on line 1, strike all of subsection 11

     Renumber remaining subsections and correct internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Eliminates funding for the Habitat Partnerships program in the Department of Fish and Wildlife.

FISCAL IMPACT:

Reduces General Fund-State by $1,000,000.
