     On page 73, after line 44, insert:

A(7) Projects under contract as of June 1, 1997, shall be given first priority for funding under the appropriations in this section.@

EFFECT:  Continues funding for Jobs for the Environment projects that are already under contract, but will not be completed by the end of the 1995-97 biennium.
