     On page 16, line 17, increase the general fund--state fiscal year 1999 appropriation by $1,100,000.

     Adjust the total accordingly.

EFFECT:    Provides additional funding for the early childhood

           education and assistance program.

FISCAL IMPACT: Increases General Fund-State by $1,100,000.
