     On page 22, line 12, delete subsection (15)

Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct the title accordingly

     On page 22, after line 25, insert the following new section:

ANEW SECTION. Sec. 38.  RCW 15.17.950 is decodified.@

Correct the title accordingly

EFFECT:  A section of law (itself a repealer) which would have been repealed in the bill is decodified instead.
