     On page 5, line 7, after Avehicle.@ insert AAny minimum nonsuspendable and nondeferrable jail sentence required by this section shall be tripled for any offender convicted of a violation of RCW 46.61.502 or 46.61.504 who committed the offense with two or more persons under the age of ten in the motor vehicle.@

EFFECT: Triples the minimum nonsuspendable and nondeferrable jail sentences for persons convicted of DUI with two or more children under the age of 10 in the vehicle.
